Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the payment confirmation online. Every order is packaged at our office in Vermont with utmost care taken to make sure the products are kept safe in transit. The packages are then shipped via the US Postal Service and a tracking number is provided so you know exactly when your Little Patakha will get their goodies. Orders can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Delays during shipping - Please wait at least 3 to 7 business days after you receive the tracking information before you fill out the form on the Contact Us page on this website regarding a delayed order. If you see that the tracking information has re-routed the package or have any other concerns, please let us know. We are here to help.

Damages during shipping - if your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged outer box as well as damage to the products inside and keep that available. Fill out the form on the Contact Us page on this website with all details within 1 business day of arrival of box. It is the best way to reach us and you will receive a reply within 2 business days. You can then share the pictures with us and we can figure out the best way to resolve the issue. We need the immediate email and pictures from you to pursue the case with the US Postal Service.

Little Patakha stands behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form on this website. It is the best way to reach us and you should receive a reply within 2 business days. At this time, we do not have a phone number available to process orders or returns. If that changes, we will update the information on the Contact Us page.
